Job summary

Cresa is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Account Operations to lead and optimize our North America account operations portfolio. You will oversee a four-person team, manage vendor budgets, and supervise invoicing, data reporting, and quarterly business reviews.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in vendor labor operations and a track record of scalable process improvements, with strong leadership and finance acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in account operations or program management.
• 3+ years in people management.
• Experience invoicing, quoting, and vendor payment processes.
• Experience in a vendor/contractor labor environment.
• Experience building invoicing methodologies or process frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a four-person team for end-to-end vendor budget management.
• Oversee invoicing lifecycle for vendor labor services across the portfolio.
• Produce MBRs/QBRs and accruals; manage client account бюджет cycles.
• Oversee annual budget cycles and quarterly reforecasts with data entry, variances and commentary.
• Oversee reporting for vendor submissions (1,500–3,000 invoices annually).
