Brickworks Supply is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to provide leadership across multiple locations within a territory. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, price analysis, and cost control of maintenance, inventory, and payroll, while ensuring compliance with safety and building codes.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years masonry/hardscape knowledge required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage budgets and deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Monitor productivity and quality; ensure customers are satisfied with purchases.
• Set goals and mobilize resources to achieve them.
• Monitor safety across yard and facility and take preventive action.
• Operate, maintain, upgrade, and dispose of assets cost-effectively.
• Oversee location managers and inside sales; run weekly ops meetings; oversee monthly inventory control.
• Approve expense and mileage reports by location.
• Collaborate with manufacturing partners from the retail perspective.
• Ensure weekly, monthly, and yearly training is completed and up to date.
• Monitor HR functions; mentor new managers; support employee well-being per guidelines.
• Budget for future income and expenditures.
• Review products to forecast lifecycle and eliminate deadliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
