Job summary

Glen-Gery is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to direct multiple masonry/hardscape locations within the territory. The role includes budgeting, forecasting, price analysis, and negotiations with customers and vendors. You will help prepare incentives and ensure safety, workforce training, and adherence to ASTM standards.

Lead location managers, coordinate with sales, monitor costs, and drive overall profitability while maintaining high customer service levels across all sites.

Responsibilities

• Monitor productivity and quality; ensure customer satisfaction with purchases.
• Set goals and mobilize resources to achieve them.
• Oversee safety across yard and facility and take preventive action.
• Manage assets and working capital including inventories and cash flow.
• Supervise location managers and inside sales, lead weekly ops meetings, and inventory control.
• Approve expenses and mileage reports for locations.
• Collaborate with manufacturing partners from a retail perspective.
• Ensure training is completed on a timely basis.
• Oversee HR functions, mentor new managers, and uphold corporate guidelines.
• Prepare budgets and forecast future income and expenditures.
• Review products and forecast lifecycle to avoid stale offerings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
