Job summary

Brickworks Supply Center, part of Brickworks North America, seeks a Manager of Architectural/Residential Sales to direct regional sales for masonry products and align activities with the company plan. You will guide sales reps, cultivate key accounts, and explore new markets with vendors and contractors.

You will lead strategic sales initiatives, analyze market trends, and coordinate with production to ensure product availability. Travel locally and overnight as needed is expected.

Qualifications

• College degree with 5+ years in sales of construction and/or building materials.
• Hands-on approach to problem solving regarding sales, service, and promotion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be detail-oriented and strive for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with key accounts.
• Direct sales staff in establishing customers and identifying new leads to increase sales.
• Implement and communicate sales strategies aligned with business plan and goals.
• Analyze market trends and develop action plans; prepare sales and marketing reports.
• Review orders and expense reports; monitor competitor activities.
• Develop yearly budget and ensure cost effectiveness of sales expenses.
