WesBanco is seeking a Mortgage Production Manager to lead the Mortgage Loan Officers and CRA Officer, guiding mortgage production activities in a designated WesBanco location. The role emphasizes profitability, leadership, and strong relationships with internal and external referral sources.

The position focuses on providing strategic direction, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with partners to maximize mortgage referrals and family home acquisitions.

Competenze

• Minimum of 8 years of related residential mortgage origination experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Must maintain a current NMLS number with registration within 30 days of hire.
• Must be willing and able to travel as needed.
• Compliance training must be completed in a timely manner.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, operations, and regulatory requirements.

• Recommend, formulate and implement guidelines for product offerings to investors to meet profitability goals.
• Guide and direct management in development of operations, production, and financial aspects of the division's products and services.
• Monitor market conditions, sales and production goals, and customer service issues.
• Provide liaison with vendors and service providers to ensure quality performance.
• Develop division organizational plans and policies for management development.
• Review lending activities for compliance with laws and regulations.
