• Typically two or more years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Mortgage Regional Manager in leading and managing Mortgage Loan Originators to meet production goals and growth.
• Maintain a personal pipeline of retail mortgage loans and recruit, interview, and train elite talent.
• Promote sales environment through training, coaching, and marketing materials; liaise between U.S. Bank Home Mortgage and other departments.
