U.S. Bank is seeking a Mortgage Regional Manager to lead Mortgage Loan Originators across the region, driving production and ensuring operational excellence.

You will recruit, interview and train elite talent while maintaining a personal pipeline of retail mortgage loans. You will promote coaching, develop marketing materials, and collaborate with other departments, representing the bank in local mortgage associations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum two years as Retail Mortgage Loan Originator.
• At least two years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Mortgage Regional Manager in leadership of Mortgage Loan Originators to achieve production goals and profitability.
• Maintain a personal pipeline of retail mortgage loans and recruit, interview and train elite talent.
• Promote sales environment through coaching and creation of marketing materials; liaise between U.S. Bank Home Mortgage and other departments.
