Job summary

Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking a Senior Regional Manager to coach and counsel a team of 10-12 Wealth Advisors and Associate Wealth Advisors in a collaborative environment that grows and supports the client base they serve.

The role emphasizes integrity, strong market knowledge and client service, with on-site collaboration across Investor Advice Solutions divisions and partnerships with Branch Managers, Regional Branch Executives, and Directors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• CFP designation or CFA designation required (or may consider 24 month COE).
• Active FINRA Series 7 license required
• Active FINRA 66 license required (may consider a 120-day COE)
• Active FINRA 9/10 required (may consider a 120-day COE)
• Five plus years’ experience in the financial services industry
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Coach and counsel a team of 10-12 Wealth Advisors and Associate Wealth Advisors.
• Monitor client interactions and coach to improve service and advice quality.
• Perform compliance and administrative tasks inherent in the industry.
• Work on site in the specified locations to foster in‑office collaboration.
