Charles Schwab in Charlotte, NC seeks a Senior Regional Manager to coach a team of 10-12 Wealth Advisors and Associate Wealth Advisors, guiding client service and relationship growth. You will design strategies to meet asset and service targets while promoting Schwab’s collaborative culture and compliance discipline.

The role requires CFP/CFA designations, active FINRA licenses, and extensive financial services leadership experience to mentor teams and drive performance.

Formación

• CFP designation and CFA designation required (may consider 24-month condition of employment).
• Active FINRA Series 7 license required.
• Active FINRA 66 license required (may consider a 120-day COE).
• Active FINRA 9/10 required (may consider a 120-day COE).
• Five plus years’ experience in the financial services industry.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coach and counsel a team of 10-12 Wealth Advisors and Associate Wealth Advisors.
• Establish strategies and plans to meet asset and service targets.
• Coach to daily planning and execution for SWAI client interactions and related compliance tasks.
