You will work on site in designated locations, leveraging Schwab's culture of integrity, growth, and client service to drive successful outcomes for clients and advisors.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience coaching 10–12 wealth advisors in a collaborative environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial services and wealth management products.
• Active FINRA licenses and CFP/CFA credentials required or within 24 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Coach and counsel a team of 10–12 Wealth Advisors and Associate Wealth Advisors.
• Monitor client interactions and coach to improve service and advice quality.
