Charles Schwab is seeking a Senior Regional Manager to coach a team of 10-12 Wealth Advisors and Associate Wealth Advisors. You will guide client interactions, ensure service quality, and manage daily planning, while maintaining compliance and administrative duties.

The role emphasizes in-office collaboration and on-site work across designated locations. The ideal candidate brings CFP® or CFA® credentials, a bachelor’s degree, and FINRA licenses (7, 66, 9/10) with 5+ years in financial services

Qualifications

• CFP® and CFA® designations required; may consider 24-month COE.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Active FINRA Series 7 license required.
• Active FINRA 66 license required (may consider a 120-day COE).
• Active FINRA 9/10 license required (may consider a 120-day COE).
• Five plus years' experience in the financial services industry; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités
