Job summary

Charles Schwab Corporation in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Senior Regional Manager to coach and mentor a team of 10-12 Wealth Advisors and Associate Wealth Advisors. The role focuses on growing the client base through collaborative leadership, coaching, and adherence to Schwab's client service standards.

You will build relationships with internal partners, manage performance, and design plans to meet asset and service targets while ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• CFP designation and CFA designation required (may consider some flexibility).
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Active FINRA Series 7 license required.
• Active FINRA 66 license required (may consider 120-day COE).
• Active FINRA 9/10 license required (may consider 120-day COE).
• Five plus years’ experience in the financial services industry.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach and counsel a team of 10-12 Wealth Advisors and Associate Wealth Advisors.
• Build collaborative relationships with internal partners and clients.
• Develop others through mentoring and leadership.
• Manage change to meet asset and service targets.
• Monitor client interactions and coach to improve service and advice quality.
