Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking an experienced sales professional to own growth for Schwab Asset Management solutions across a defined US territory. The role emphasizes building trusted relationships with financial consultants, branch leaders and regional partners, and tailoring engagement to each advisor practice.

You’ll serve as a strategic thought partner to identify client needs, educate on investment strategies, and drive adoption across the portfolio while traveling regularly to branch visits

Qualifications

• Active FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Experience in consultative sales, business development, or relationship management.
• Strong background in financial services and wealth/investment management.
• Ability to explain investment concepts in clear language.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the territory.

Responsibilities

• Own acquisition and growth for Schwab Asset Management solutions across the territory.
• Build durable relationships with Financial Consultants, branch leaders and regional partners.
• Act as a strategic thought partner to identify prospective clients and needs.
• Join advisor meetings to provide clear education on investment strategies and solutions.
• Develop knowledge of investment philosophies, portfolio concepts and product features.
• Create and deliver sales ideas, product updates and market‑informed education.
• Lead branch education and rollout of new products and initiatives.
• Develop and execute an in‑market client event strategy, including branch meetings and events.
• Use Salesforce, Tableau and reporting tools to manage opportunities and trends.
• Collaborate across WAMS and with partners to deliver a coordinated experience.
• Manage territory with a strong field presence and regular travel.
