Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of multifamily property management experience.
• Minimum 2 years of Regional Manager experience overseeing multiple communities.
• Extensive LIHTC/tax credit experience required.
• Working knowledge of affordable housing regulations and Fair Housing.
• Strong financial, budgeting, and asset management skills.
• Proven ability to lead multiple teams across a multi-site portfolio.
• Experience with property management software such as Entrata, Yardi, OneSite.
• Ability to travel regularly throughout KY, IN, and OH.
• Must reside in Kentucky or Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for a portfolio of affordable housing communities across Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio.
• Lead, coach, and develop Community Managers and onsite teams.
• Ensure LIHTC, Fair Housing, and all applicable regulations are followed.
• Drive occupancy, resident satisfaction, financial performance, and NOI growth.
• Review budgets, financial reports, capital projects, and operating expenses.
• Conduct regular property inspections, audits, and site visits.
• Partner with leadership to improve portfolio performance and goals.
• Assist with recruiting, training, and performance management of onsite teams.

Regional Manager – Affordable Housing / Tax Credit (LIHTC)

Must reside in Kentucky or Indiana

Brookside Properties is seeking an experienced Regional Manager with a strong background in Affordable Housing, LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit), and multifamily property management to oversee a portfolio of apartment communities throughout Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio.

What You'll Do
