Job summary

Arboreal Management seeks a senior Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of mixed-income communities with strong regulatory ties. You will guide site teams, influence compliance outcomes, and engage with executives to set high standards for affordable housing operations.

You will lead cross-functional partners in maintenance, accounting, and centralized operations to scale performance while upholding rigorous compliance and resident-focused service across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• Multi-property or regional leadership experience.
• Proven success with audits, agency reviews, and operational turnarounds.
• COS / HCCP certifications preferred.
• Experience in WA, OR, or similarly regulated states preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and hold accountable Property Managers and site teams across a regional portfolio.
• Build bench strength, clarity, structure, and support to reduce burnout.
• Partner with maintenance, compliance, accounting, and centralized operations.
• Drive occupancy, collections, and operational efficiency while maintaining compliance.
