Galderma is seeking a Regional Manager to support the AED in driving sales and strategic activities across designated Account Managers. You will coach leaders, grow top accounts, and identify new opportunities to expand market penetration in the DMV region and beyond.

The role requires 5+ years in aesthetic sales, strong leadership, planning, and relationship-building skills. Travel 3–4 days weekly to work with AMs and AEDs, with a competitive compensation package.

Qualificações

• BA/BS degree or equivalent years of related experience.
• 5+ years aesthetic sales experience.
• Effective coaching, training, leadership and development skills.
• Effective goal setting, planning and communication, relationship-building, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and get others to buy in to (the role).
• Self-reliant, highly organized with the ability to make solid business decisions.
• Enjoy selling.
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Directly manage the sales and strategic activities of designated Account Managers/Territories who report to the RM.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with designated Account Managers and support their growth through coaching and development of leadership skills.
• Improve partnerships by supporting designated AMs to strengthen relationships with physicians/support staff through specialty account management.
• Identify Key Target Accounts for each territory and align business decisions with market, competition and profitability.
• Coordinate with Regional Directors, SAMs, Area Trainers, and National Training when appropriate.
• Increase investment of resources in Key Accounts by conducting business reviews, trainings, and account-specific activities.
• Spend 3-4 days per week in the field alongside an Account Manager.
