Amgen is seeking a Bone Health Field Reimbursement Regional Senior Manager in the United States. You will lead a regional team of Field Reimbursement Managers, translate national priorities into local execution, and foster accountability, collaboration, and compliant, patient-focused access.

You will develop regional plans using payer insights, coach FRMs in real time, and partner with Sales, Market Access, Medical, HUB, and Operations.

• Experience leading field reimbursement teams in pharma or biotech.
• Strong payer, account, and market access knowledge.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop leaders.
