Job summary

Amgen seeks a Sr. Manager, Field Reimbursement to lead a regional team and drive access for Bone Health products.

You will coach FRMs, translate national priorities to regional plans, and ensure compliant, high‑quality customer experiences across Specialty Pharmacy and Buy & Bill channels. You will analyze payer dynamics, influence field actions, and partner with Sales, Market Access, and Medical to remove barriers and improve access for patients while delivering on KPIs and leadership

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 2+ years in public or private third-party access arena or pharmaceutical industry in sales, managed care, or clinical support experience
• Master’s degree with 4+ years in public or private third-party access arena or pharmaceutical industry in sales, managed care, or clinical support experience
• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years in public or private third-party access arena or pharmaceutical industry in sales, managed care, or clinical support experience
• Associate’s degree with 10+ years in public or private third-party access arena or pharmaceutical industry in sales, managed care, or clinical support experience
• High school diploma / GED with 12+ years in public or private third-party access arena or pharmaceutical industry in sales, managed care, or clinical support experience

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing team of Field Reimbursement Managers
• Build and sustain a strong team culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, inclusion and trust
• Establish clear performance expectations and hold the team accountable for KPIs and service levels
• Observe customer engagement and coach FRMs in real time across the region
• Drive compliant cross-functional collaboration to align on access priorities and resolve barriers
• Develop regional strategies translating national priorities into territory and account plans
