Job summary
Amgen is seeking a Senior Field Reimbursement Manager to lead a regional team and execute reimbursement strategies to optimize access to Bone Health medications across multiple states. The role blends leadership, strategic planning, and field execution to deliver compliant, high-quality customer experiences.
You will leverage payer insights and cross-functional collaboration to meet KPIs, coach field personnel, and develop regional plans that translate national priorities into actionable
Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge in field reimbursement and market access.
- Strong leadership and people-management experience in a field-based team.
- Experience with payer dynamics, CMS/Medicare/Medicaid understanding.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a regional team of Field Reimbursement Managers.
- Translate national priorities into regional execution plans.
- Monitor field KPIs and ensure compliant, high-quality access experiences.
- Develop territory/account plans using payer insights and competitive data.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Market Access, and Medical teams.
- Drive regional strategic initiatives to address access barriers and opportunities.
