Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; 8+ years experience or equivalent.
• 2+ years in team management or project leadership.
• Apply sound engineering principles to operations and design.
• PM skills, contract administration, and codes interpretation.
• Proficient in engineering economics.
• Travel to other locations ~50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering team across multiple plants, manage project engineering and capital plans.
• Oversee annual capital budget up to $50mm and drive performance improvements.
• Provide technical leadership for production technologies and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local engineering codes and quality standards.
• Develop leaders, partner with HR, foster safety and teamwork.
