Job summary

Fairway Management, Inc. seeks an Executive Regional Director to oversee portfolios totaling 100+ locations and lead Regional Managers in setting regional direction and priorities.

This role drives strategic growth and ensures alignment with company values, policies, and compliance. You will coordinate budgeting and capital planning, work with HR, Compliance, and Executive leadership to execute operational strategy, and use analytics to improve NOI and profitability across regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of management experience in affordable housing or property management.
• Deep knowledge of LIHTC, HOME, and Section 8 programs and compliance.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, and manage large portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple portfolios totaling 100+ locations and lead regional managers.
• Drive strategic growth, align operations with company values and policies.
• Oversee budgeting, capital planning, and NOI performance across regions.
