Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of management experience within the affordable housing industry.
• Expert level knowledge of LIHTC, HOME, and Section 8 programs and compliance.
• Proven budgeting, financial, and leadership abilities to mentor teams.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of multi-family property management practices and related software (OneSite or Real Page preferable).
• Ability to manage conflicts and resolve issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio of 100+ locations and direct regional managers.
• Drive strategic growth and ensure alignment with company values and policies.
• Lead budgeting and capital planning processes across regions.
• Coordinate with HR, Compliance, and Executive leadership on operations rollout.
• Use performance analytics to inform executive decisions.
• Engage with state agencies and ensure compliance with regulations.
