Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of management experience in affordable housing.
• Expert knowledge of LIHTC, HOME, and Section 8 programs and compliance.
• Skilled in budgeting for large portfolios and in leading teams.
• Strong communication, financial, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in property management practices for multi-family properties; OneSite or RealPage preferred.
• Ability to manage conflicts and resolve issues promptly.

• Drive strategic growth and align operations with company values.
• Lead regional managers and set direction for regions.
• Oversee budgeting and capital planning.
• Collaborate with HR, Compliance, and Executive leadership on policy execution.
• Use performance analytics for executive decision making.
• Ensure clear internal communication and employee engagement with goals.
• Review and adjust operation structure to increase efficiency and profitability.
• Work with owners and stakeholders to identify long-term goals and objectives.
• Monitor properties’ performance against financial objectives and improve NOI.
• Coordinate annual budget preparation with Regional Manager Team.
• Plan rollout of SOPs and coordinate with Compliance on updates.
• Mentor and develop regional managers and recruit talent.
