You will lead annual plans, recovery actions, and lifecycle strategies while guiding senior analysts and cross-functional partners.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in related fields, strong analytical/financial skills, and proficiency with Excel and BI tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, economics or related field.
Typically 8+ years of experience in category management, commercial product management, or related discipline.
Advanced analytical and financial skills with strong Excel, presentation and BI capabilities.

Responsibilities

Develop the annual category plan and rolling outlook for revenue, units, and market share.
Lead category performance reviews and drive recovery actions with owners and deadlines.
Challenge forecasts using pipeline, commitments, and channel signals.
Create action plans for launches, promotions, and lifecycle management.
Recommend pricing, promotions, and investments; document ROI implications.
Partner with Product and GTM teams to execute commercial motions and sales enablement.
Coordinate with Supply Chain and Operations to address availability and timing.
Synthesize insights into clear leadership recommendations.
