Job summary

Operation Homefront seeks a Senior Regional Director of Development to lead fundraising in the Western region, guiding donor strategies, upgrades, and renewals to meet a ~$1.6M annual goal. This exempt role reports to the VP, Field Development and requires collaboration with corporate, foundations and events teams.

The role emphasizes travel to surrounding areas, with a hybrid work setup and occasional after-hours commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in nonprofit work with social services programs.
• Experience or working knowledge of the greater local metro area preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Acceptable MVR (annual).
• Criminal background check.
• MS Office programs is required.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy for and manage regional development plans to meet annual revenue goals.
• Provide full life cycle moves management for regional donors, including upgrades and renewals.
• Coordinate with corporate, foundation, special events and individual giving teams to activate and steward donors.
• Provide strategic guidance and supervisory support to the Regional Development Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
