Job summary

Operation Homefront is seeking a Manager, Regional Development for the West Region to manage a portfolio of donor relations, cultivate new revenue, and drive approximately $1.6M in annual budgeted revenue. The role will coordinate with the Development and Marketing teams to align with national partnerships and program goals.

You will work remotely within the Western region, partnering with a broader team to activate national partnerships at the regional level and ensure timely stewardship

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in non-profit management or related field preferred; master’s degree a plus.
• 3 years’ experience in non-profit fundraising and marketing.
• Experience with military families and programs preferred; grant writing preferred.
• Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) preferred.
• Microsoft Office 365; Valid Driver’s License; MVR and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Builds, cultivates, and stewards relationships with established and prospective regional corporate and foundation donors.
• Manage all aspects of the moves management process for a portion of the portfolio.
• Implement the broader OH development strategy in partnership with the greater development team.
• Helps draft and maintain the regional revenue pipeline and updates the Senior Regional Director of Development.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
