Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, chemical or relevant engineering required.
• 5–10+ years in a comparable technical position in food, beverage, pharma, or related industry.
• Knowledge of engineering disciplines: Process, Packaging, Electrical, Controls, Automation.
• Master’s degree in controls/electrical/electronics preferred; MBA or PMP a plus.
• Up to 50% travel depending on project demands.

Responsibilities

• Develop control systems for automating manufacturing processes and packaging.
• Deliver projects that provide a competitive advantage to the business.
• Control systems design, including developing concepts & functional specifications.
• Direct modifications, installation, and integration of electrical, control, Factory IT, and digital systems.
• Ensure delivery of scope, time, budget, and cash flow.
• Maintain adherence to scope, deliverables, and critical success factors.
• Communicate with the project steering team to achieve objectives.
• Plan and lead cross-functional activities and contribute to engineering standards.
• Support safety, security and environmental policies.
