Mars is seeking a Regional Engineering Manager- Controls to lead the Controls Team in developing control systems for automated manufacturing and packaging. You will guide technical and project management efforts, ensuring safety and quality while delivering projects that create competitive advantages.

The role requires 8–12 years in a related field, a Bachelor's in Engineering (Electrical preferred), strong leadership, and the ability to travel 20–50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required (Electrical preferred).
• 8-12 years of experience in a comparable technical position (food, beverage, pharma or related).
• Strong understanding of engineering disciplines and project leadership.
• Willingness to travel 20-50% depending on project needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and project management leadership to deliver projects on scope, time and budget.
• Develop control systems for manufacturing processes and packaging.
• Set and uphold safety, security and environmental policies within the team.
• Cultivate clear accountability and effective communication with teams, contractors and vendors.
• Develop engineering standards for global and North American operations.
• Lead project development and create detailed scope and schedules.
