Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Regional Banking Relationship Manager IV in Georgia.

The role focuses on acquiring new business relationships, deepening existing client ties, and delivering the full bank's capabilities to business customers with sales sizes from $2M to $50M and credit exposure up to $25M. You will lead complex loan structuring, manage portfolios, mentor junior managers, and collaborate with internal partners to expand financial solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years Business Banking or Commercial experience

Responsibilities

• Acquire new, profitable business relationships through aggressive prospecting, networking and providing insights and advice.
• Analyze, structure and close profitable loan transactions of the most complex nature in Regional Banking.
• Maintain and confirm credit worthiness of customers. Gather, review and track appropriate documentation from applicants.
• Manages and maintains strong relationships with a book of existing business customers by providing insights and advice.
• Deepens existing relationships through active engagement of internal partnerships and providing insightful advice and guidance to customers.
• Responsible for Portfolio Management in varying sizes in terms of complexity of credits and number of accounts to include quarterly portfolio reviews, and CAR and collecting of necessary document.
