Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4 years of education and business banking/commercial lending experience.
• 10+ years of business banking/commercial banking experience.
• Experience with complex commercial credits and sales in a banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Acquires new profitable business relationships through aggressive prospecting, networking and advisory.
• Builds and maintains a robust network of local market COI relationships, external and internal.
• Analyze, structure and close complex loan transactions for Regional Banking.
• Maintain credit worthiness, gather documentation, and manage existing client relationships.
• Portfolio management including quarterly reviews and coordinating with loan centers.
• Mentor junior colleagues and back-up Market Manager when needed.
