Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (4 years of education) with business banking/commercial lending experience.
• 10+ years of Business Banking/Commercial Banking experience.
• Experience in credit analysis or complex credits is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquires new, profitable business relationships through aggressive prospecting, networking and providing insights and advice.
• Analyzes, structures and closes profitable loan transactions of the most complex nature.
• Maintains and confirms credit worthiness of customers; gathers and tracks documentation.
• Deepens existing relationships through active engagement of internal partnerships and providing insightful advice.
• Participates in portfolio management including quarterly reviews and credit administration and collection processes.
• Collaborates with the Huntington Loan Center and Commercial Loan Servicing to ensure accurate credit packages.
• Represents the bank within the community at functions and events.
• Partner with junior bankers on more complex credits and mentor teammates.
