Job summary

CoolSys is seeking a Service Tech 6 - Refrigeration to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair commercial refrigeration systems. You will handle complex technical issues, guide junior technicians, and ensure safe, efficient operation for diverse clients.

Required: 6+ years in commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical work, a valid EPA certificate, and ability to lift up to 60 lbs. This role offers competitive pay, extensive training, benefits, and opportunities across our national team.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in commercial HVAC, refrigeration and electrical work.
• EPA certificate required.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Report to work on time as scheduled by supervisor.
• Repair/rebuild refrigeration equipment including compressors and water pumps.
• Test systems and diagnose malfunctions using electrical/mechanical skills.
• Maintain clear records of work performed and parts used.
• Perform preventative maintenance and assist with new installations.
• Adhere to safety policies and demonstrate proper PPE.
