Job summary

CoolSys is seeking a Service Tech 4 - Refrigeration to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair commercial refrigeration systems for diverse customers. You will handle complex issues, guide junior technicians, and ensure safe, efficient operation.

Requires 3–5 years' HVAC/refrigeration experience, EPA certificate, valid driver’s license, and ability to lift up to 60 lbs. Join our team and deliver reliable service across industries.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical fields.
• Basic knowledge of refrigeration, HVAC, ice machines, and electrical components.
• Experience with refrigeration equipment in retail or supermarket settings is a strong plus.
• Ability to follow safety policies and wear PPE as required.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Report to work on schedule and complete tasks as assigned.
• Repair and overhaul equipment such as compressors, pumps, air handlers, and control devices.
• Test malfunctioning systems using electrical and mechanical skills.
• Maintain records of work history and service activities.
• Perform preventative maintenance and diagnose malfunctions; assist with startups.
• Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and quality expectations.
