CoolSys is seeking a Service Tech 3 - Refrigeration to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair refrigeration systems for commercial and industrial clients. You will guide junior technicians and ensure safe, efficient operation of equipment, contributing to reliable service delivery.

The role requires 3-5 years of experience in HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical work, with a valid EPA certificate. You will join a team focused on safety, collaboration, and growth in a dynamic field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; trade or technical training preferred.
• Valid EPA certificate.
• 3-5 years' experience in commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical.

Responsibilities

• Report to work on time as scheduled by supervisor.
• Repair and overhaul equipment: compressors, water pumps, air handlers, controls.
• Test malfunctioning systems using electrical/mechanical skills.
• Maintain legible records of work history.
• Provide general repair work on HVAC/R equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and diagnose malfunctions.
• Assist with startups of new installations.
