Job summary

CoolSys is seeking a Service Tech 3 - Refrigeration to troubleshoot, maintain and repair commercial refrigeration systems, reporting to a supervisor and guiding junior technicians.

You will work on compressors, ice machines, HVAC components, and must hold a valid EPA certificate; 3–5 years of relevant experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade or technical school classes beneficial.
• Must have passed Tech Skills level 4 with 80% or better.
• Valid EPA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain and repair refrigeration systems for commercial/industrial clients.
• Repair and overhaul equipment: compressors, water pumps, air handlers, electrical/mechanical controls.
• Perform preventative maintenance and diagnose system malfunctions; ensure safe operation.
