Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years project management experience required, refinery experience preferred.
• Strong design and construction oversight with budget control.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with outside engineering.

Responsibilities

• Decides on and manages actions necessary for safe and reliable design, construction and operation of refinery projects within budget.
• Provides plant support for reliable operation of existing equipment.
• Coordinates outside engineering/consultants and manages project schedules and budgets.
