The role requires strong design, construction, and operations experience in refinery settings, with oversight of outside consultants and regulatory coordination.

Qualifications

• Ability to solve day-to-day problems on projects and develop long-range viability.
• Proven capability to manage budgets, schedules and teams in refinery environments.
• Experience with design, construction and operation of capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Decides on and manages actions for safe, reliable project design, construction and operation within approved budgets.
• Provides plant support for reliable operation of existing equipment.
• Designs and builds plant additions, writes RFQs and purchase orders for engineering support.
