Job summary

HF Sinclair Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to coordinate and execute multiple refinery projects within the PIPE framework. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, reviewing MOC requirements, and ensuring design compliance with HF Sinclair standards.

You will monitor progress, analyze data to support operational decisions, and prepare packages for project approval while maintaining safety and quality across phases. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
• Strong project management and analytical skills required.
• Experience with PIPE/stage-gate processes and construction/start-up activities.
• Ability to communicate effectively across teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and executes projects using PIPE stage gate process.
• Manages a portfolio of concurrent projects in different phases.
• Provides technical assistance and direction to colleagues.
• Reviews MOC requirements and engineering drawings for compliance.
• Monitors progress, analyzes data, and mitigates risks.
• Prepares decision packages and presents to leadership.
