Job summary

HF Sinclair is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance department, coordinate staff and contractors, and drive reliability across refinery facilities. You will report on progress, manage budgets, and implement best practices to minimize downtime.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in industrial maintenance with supervisory experience and a Bachelor's degree in science or engineering. Strong leadership and contractor management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in industrial maintenance/craft experience or equivalent engineering experience.
• Five years of supervision experience preferred depending on assignment.
• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day management of maintenance activities, including reports, scheduling, procedures, and contractor oversight.
• Provides strategic plans for department improvements and budget inputs.
• Monitors performance, conducts evaluations, and develops staff.
• Oversees cost reporting, contractor timesheets, and efficiency improvements.
