Job summary

HF Sinclair Corporation is seeking a seasoned Project Manager/Engineer to oversee a portfolio of refinery projects, applying the PIPE stage gate process from planning through execution. You will coordinate Engineering Contractors, review MOC requirements, and ensure safety, operability and design integrity across concurrent initiatives.

The role requires a minimum of five years in operations or engineering with a Bachelor's in Engineering and strong communication, analytical and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline required.
• Minimum of five years of progressive work experience in operations or engineering including project integration or PM work.

Responsibilities

• Apply project management skills for a portfolio of concurrent projects in different phases.
• Follow the PIPE stage gate process and use PM tools for organization, documentation and reporting.
• Participate in Operations Area Team and provide technical assistance and problem solving.
• Coordinate Engineering Contractors to ensure timely, cost-effective, quality-controlled deliverables.
• Review MOC requirements, safety, operability and maintainability in design.
• Review engineering drawings for HF Sinclair standards and project objectives.
• Conduct field walk downs and constructability reviews; provide on-site support during construction.
