Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Senior Red Team Consultant to lead a team focused on adversary emulation across the kill chain and MITRE ATT&CK framework. You will coordinate with senior leadership, plan assessments, and mentor junior red team members to help customers understand threat impact and likelihood.

This role requires deep Red Teaming experience, leadership, and the ability to communicate complex findings to executives and technical staff while delivering high-quality, AI-assisted security

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Red Team/Penetration Testing experience.
• Minimum 1 year in a leadership role.
• Security community participation is highly preferred.
• Advanced experience with Security Assessment Toolsets (Metasploit, NMAP, Cobalt Strike, Nessus, Burp Suite).
• Desirable certifications: OSCP, GPEN, OSCE, GCIH, GXPN.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary contact for coordination of Red Team activities and lead all penetration testing efforts.
• Develop reporting including mitigations strategies for management and technical audiences.
• Communicate effectively with executive leadership and technical teams.
• Organize resources for penetration assessments of OS, apps, databases, and networks to detect threats.
• Lead and mentor a diverse team to improve information security programs.
• Provide guidance during enterprise-wide crisis scenarios and outages.
• Work as operator and project manager on various penetration testing offerings.
