Job summary

Primoris Energy Services is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead the recruiting and onboarding team across assigned projects. The role emphasizes team performance, workload planning, and ensuring compliant processes from staffing requests to onboarding handoffs.

Primary focus is people management and operations, with direct recruiting involvement limited to escalated needs. Strong collaboration with project leadership, HR, and HRIS is essential to resolve barriers.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of recruiting experience with at least two years of people management.
• Experience recruiting craft and staff positions in industrial settings.
• Ability to manage recruiters, balance workloads, and resolve process problems.
• Working knowledge of I-9, onboarding processes, confidentiality, and approvals.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR databases; proficiency in Workday.

Responsibilities

• Supervise recruiters, the Craft Recruiting Lead, and onboarding coordinators; define roles and expectations.
• Review workload, results, deadlines, and process adherence; implement corrective actions.
• Coaching, training, and performance evaluations for the team.
• Translate staffing needs into recruiting priorities and assign projects to teams.
• Oversee candidate screening, offers, handoffs, and onboarding readiness.
• Monitor onboarding progress and resolve gaps between recruiting, project teams, and HR.
