Partner Company is a mission-driven healthcare technology firm expanding access to mental healthcare through innovative solutions. We seek a Head of Recruiting to lead seven recruiters, partner with senior leaders, and align hiring with growth objectives.

You will build scalable recruiting processes, coach the team, and drive forecast accuracy and performance metrics across sales, partnerships, revenue operations, and enablement, in a fully remote-capable US role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading recruiting teams and shaping recruiting strategy.
• Ability to build and optimize recruiting processes and metrics.
• Experience coaching and developing recruiters to high performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of seven recruiters supporting sales, partnerships, revenue operations, and enablement.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate business objectives into recruiting strategies.
• Build and scale recruiting processes, forecasting, and performance metrics.
• Coach and develop recruiters while driving operational excellence.
• Ensure alignment with talent acquisition priorities and organizational growth.
