Job summary

Headway is seeking a Manager, Business Recruiting to lead a team of 7 recruiters and own hiring across the revenue organization. You will translate growth plans into scalable hiring strategies that balance speed, quality, and impact across Provider Sales, Care Partnerships, Revenue Operations, and Enablement.

You’ll partner with revenue leadership, set clear goals, and build processes that sustain rapid expansion. This is a remote-flexible, full-time leadership role with a US-wide scope.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sales/go-to-market hiring.
• 2+ years of experience managing recruiters and coaching performance.
• Experience leading teams through rapid growth and scale.
• Strong fluency with recruiting data, funnel metrics, and reporting.
• Able to translate ambitious hiring targets into practical plans.
• Builds trusted relationships with senior business leaders.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication.
• Creates processes that produce consistent results at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and retain a team of 7 recruiters across revenue roles.
• Own hiring strategy for the revenue org; forecast capacity and adapt to priorities.
• Partner with revenue leadership; provide updates and data-driven decisions.
• Manage team metrics, improve speed and quality of hires.
• Tailor recruiting strategy for high-volume and consultative roles.
• Design processes, tools, and structure to support growth.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including interview discipline and ATS hygiene.
• Collaborate on headcount planning and org structure with leadership.
