Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• 4+ years managing recruiters.
• Experience building recruiting strategies for complex needs.
• Ownership of hiring for a business unit including senior leadership.
• Ability to partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience using AI to improve recruiting speed and quality.

Responsibilities

• Direct recruiting strategy and execution for the Legal & Business Affairs, CFO and People orgs.
• Lead and develop a team of Recruiters, providing coaching and feedback.
• Build recruiting strategies aligned to business goals and timelines.
• Partner with leaders, HR Business Partners and cross-functional teams to understand hiring needs and risks.
• Monitor pipeline health and use data to improve speed, quality and candidate experience.
• Use AI to synthesize information and automate repeatable tasks.
