Job summary

Pinterest is seeking a Sr. Manager to lead General & Administrative strategic sourcing. You will set category strategies, oversee multi-year roadmaps, and guide a team of sourcing professionals to optimize a large third-party spend portfolio.

Collaborate with Finance, Legal, IT, People and Workplace to balance value, risk and stakeholder needs. You will drive negotiations, implement governance, and use data-driven insights to shape supplier strategies while embracing AI to accelerate analysis

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or related field.
• 4+ years leading and developing people, including coaching and performance management.
• Experience leading strategic sourcing for substantial indirect/general administrative spend.
• Proven ability to negotiate complex supplier agreements balancing cost, quality, risk, and value.
• Ability to partner with senior stakeholders across multiple functions to align priorities.
• Experience using spend data, market intelligence and financial analysis to inform category strategies.
• Demonstrated experience using AI to accelerate analysis while protecting sensitive data and ensuring accuracy.
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, or related field (or equivalent).
• Preferred: MBA/JD/CPSM/CIPS or related certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead category strategy and sourcing plans for G&A spend with multi-year roadmaps.
• Manage complex sourcing engagements from requirements to supplier performance.
• Negotiate agreements addressing pricing, SLAs, risk, and transition planning.
• Develop insights using spend analysis, market intelligence and TCO analysis.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, IT, People and Workplace to align sourcing with business goals.
• Coach and develop a high-performing sourcing team with clear priorities and accountability.
• Improve processes, governance, and data practices to scale the function.
• Apply AI to accelerate analysis while ensuring accuracy and data protection.
