Stanley Black & Decker Inc. is seeking a Sr. Research Fieldwork Coordinator/Recruiter for Outdoor Products in Towson, MD.

This hybrid role involves end-to-end recruitment, screening, check-in processes, incentives, and project coordination for user research initiatives. You will build a database of landscapers and difficult-to-reach audiences, serve as primary contact with respondents, collaborate with Insights and cross-functional teams, and help translate end-user needs into actionable

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS Diploma required.
• Internship experience is preferred.
• Familiar with recruiting techniques including list procurement, social media outreach, job boards.
• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal, written and oral skills.

Mansioni

• Recruit landscapers and other hard-to-reach audiences into the panel via calls, store visits, and jobsite visits.
• Recruit and screen contacts for research projects via phone – several days per week.
• Manage check-in, incentives, and participant flow on research days.
• Coordinate setup/tear down of research stimuli and rooms.
• Collaborate with Insights and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
• Escort participants and ensure proper paperwork and check-out procedures.
• Build advocacy for ongoing end-user understanding and centricity.
