Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS Diploma required.
• Proven recruiting experience across multiple sources.
• Strong written and verbal communication; excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit landscapers and hard-to-reach audiences for research projects.
• Screen candidates and manage check-in, incentives, and logistics.
• Collaborate with Insights and cross-functional teams to execute projects on time and within budget.
• Serve as main contact for respondents throughout the recruitment and research process.
• Escort participants to interviews, manage room setup, and assist with follow-up surveys.
