Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Senior Recruiting Coordinator on a 12-month fixed-term contract to own end-to-end coordination of recruiting operations in a remote-friendly US setup. You will supervise scheduling automation, ensure timely human intervention when needed, and partner with Recruiters, Sourcers, and Recruiting Managers to improve processes and coverage across the pod.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting coordination experience in high-volume scheduling environments.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools and judgment when to override automation.
• Proven ability to own and improve processes with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end coordination for recruiting processes.
• Supervise scheduling automation and determine when human intervention is needed.
• Collaborate with Recruiters, Sourcers, and Recruiting Managers to optimize pipelines.
• Own escalation paths and resolve scheduling issues with stakeholders.
• Lead coordination projects from problem to adopted solution.
• Coordinate pod coverage during absences and surges.
• Maintain a high-touch candidate experience and clear status communication.
