Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Senior Recruiting Coordinator to own end-to-end scheduling coordination across recruiters, sourcers, and managers. You will supervise automated scheduling paths, decide when a human touch is required, and drive process improvements to ensure seamless coverage within your pod.

You will work closely with stakeholders to surface bottlenecks, manage high-stakes scheduling, and maintain a high-quality candidate experience while navigating ambiguous situations and leveraging AI

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, including high-volume complex scheduling environments.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools in daily work and the judgment to override outputs when necessary.
• Proven ability to own and improve processes with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Automation Supervision: oversee scheduling tools, validate output, and decide when human input is needed.
• Pipeline & Capacity: act as SME on pod pipeline, surface bottlenecks and prioritize moves.
• Complex Scheduling: manage high-stakes scenarios end-to-end with independent decisions.
• Escalations: own escalation path and drive resolution with stakeholder alignment.
• Project Work: lead end-to-end projects from problem to solution.
• Coverage: coordinate pod coverage during absences and surges.
• Candidate Experience: maintain high-touch, warm experience and transparency.
